Yes thank you! More days like this!!!Really great trip to @union_city_farm !!! I’ve never seen such beautifully HUGE shrooms!! Patrick was terrific w/ explaining great ways to cook the various assortment of offerings. And the micro greens are 🔥 Defo a new fave place - and always love supporting local producers!Bangers and mash zza. Thanks @s_ggreco for the noms! It’s taken me nearly three years to get here, and I wish I’d come sooner!! @opendoortea is such a cute and comfy vibe with delicious food (and plenty of vegan/gf options!!) and the tea selection…swoon!! A good reminder that it’s important to treat yourself with gentle love and kindness. And Open Door Tea makes that sooo easy ☕️ ❤️Obligatory birthday post! Coming into 32 is feeling a bit strange. Maybe it’s just coming down from the insanity of the holidays, general malaise, or knowing I want more but not sure how to get it…whatever it is, I’m going to focus on being present in the moment and enjoying my many blessings.Best Christmas ever (so far). All thanks to @s_ggreco ♥️-

Wine Talk: Champagne Faucheron Gavroy (Champagne, France)
Getting to visit a Grand Cru classé Champagne House was definitely the highlight of my brief stop in Champagne, France. Of the 100+ villages in Champagne, only 17 are considered Grand Cru territory, and each year the individual Houses need … Continue reading

Christchurch and Arthur’s Pass
The day after seal watching was dedicated to soaking at Hanmer Springs – a hot springs facility outside of Christchurch. I got an $11 ticket from a deals website (either grabone or bookme, I think) and spent the entire, rainy … Continue reading

Southward, ho!
I was catching the 8am ferry from Wellington to Picton via the Cooke Straight, so I drove into the outskirts of Wellington around 6.30am. There are two companies that make the crossing, InterIslander and BlueBridge. I opted for BlueBridge as … Continue reading

Once in a Lifetime
When I traveled to Asia for four months back in 2015, my mother kept saying it was a “once in a lifetime opportunity.” My combative nature and I were like, “Why does it have to be once in a lifetime? … Continue reading
